My name is Tiffany Butera and I am a Georgia native born and raised in the Atlanta area. I have been an
educator and an assistant principal for one of the top high schools in the state; for most of my career. Working
with teenagers has strengthened my communication and problem solving skills and has taught me to remain calm
in all situations! While working in the school system, I also spent time purchasing, remodeling and managing rental
properties. The knowledge I gained investing in real estate, coupled with my experiences in the school
system, have provided me with the valuable skills needed to effectively negotiate real estate transactions,
educate home -buyers and sellers, and market our team’s listings. I chose HomeSmart and Claire Smith

sellers. Both Claire and I grew up in the metro-Atlanta area and possess market knowledge in every price
