  4. IGNORE THE PAINT – a fresh coat of paint can change a room completely!

  4. Organize the closets, sell or donate all unwanted items.
  5. Store or organize items that make the yard look messy. Make your front entry inviting. Decorate it, paint the door or buy a new door. It’s the first look

DAY OF SHOWING TIPS

  1. Be sure all rooms are cleaned.
  2. Leave your house smelling good – maybe make a batch of cookies!
  3. Let the light inside – open curtains/blinds.
  4. Play music.
  5. Turn lights on in the home.
